The “Sea Lovers Paella” is sure to delight your palate. We exclusively use fresh red snapper, calamari, squid, black mussels, peeled shrimp, greenshell mussels, scallops & little-neck clams skilllfully combined with our perfectly prepared rice and vegetables (green and red bell peppers, onions, garlic, green beans & sweet peas). 

The “Black Paella” gets its dark color from the addition of squid ink to the seafood broth used to make the rice, giving the dish an exquisite and unique flavor. It includes calamari, peeled shrimp, greenshell mussels & littleneck clams. Garnished with lemon wedges and vegetables (green and red bell peppers, garlic & sweet peas). 

The Traditional Spanish "Paella Valenciana" offers a mouth-watering blend of boneless chicken and fresh seafood (calamari, peeled shrimp, greenshell mussels, black mussels, scallops & little-neck clams) elegantly prepared with rice and vegetables (green and red bell peppers, onions, garlic & sweet peas).
