Travel Allowance

For events outside Collin and Denton Counties, an additional charge will apply per person for staff mobilized beyond these areas. 

If your event is located in the Dallas Metroplex or Fort Worth Metroplex, and is more than 2 hours away from Frisco, the travel allowance will be calculated based on the distance. This includes expenses such as gasoline, travel tickets, tolls, hotels, food, rentals, and staff costs. 

All expenses related to mobilizing our paella grill chefs, staff, and equipment to your event location will be included in the final calculation.
